-Day-to-day management of a bottom-up, role-based plan for permanent and non-permanent roles, aligned to funded projects & priorities for service line(s)
-Work closely with the Ops Manager for each service line to understand workforce requirements, implement the workforce plan and drive all transactional activity
-Ensure the policies & procedures driven by Central team are adhered to by Ops Manager and hiring managers
-Perform all contingent workforce management including onboarding and offboarding, management of tenure tracking etc
-Ensure the highest data quality in Pioneer
-Management of the recruitment pipeline within service line, driving tasks to completionWorkforce Insourcing:
-Support the scaled hiring approach for the GBGF
-Support in the education of GBGF hiring managers
-Execute actions as per workforce insourcing planTooling Strategy & Execution:
-Provide inputs/ feedback on tooling enhancements
-Participate in UAT as required
-Understanding of workforce management E2E lifecycle and recruitment processes
-Experience in the management of workforce plans and running processes to support the accuracy of those plans
-Ability to identity process improvements
-Develops and maintains long term relationships with highly critical stakeholders internally and externally
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
-Strong attention to detail
-Understanding of the HSBC Group and its strategy, structures and processes
-knowledge of the external environment - regulatory, political, competitor and market
