职位描述

Job Summary:                                           

To contribute and develop KONE Global Spares Supply’s (GSS) inventory planning concept and processes. You will control and manage inventory situation globally within the inventory planning team. You will also ensure availability of key and functionally critical spare parts, drive spare part forecasting process and be a link to relevant organizations as well as co-ordinate inventory planning related issues closely with internal GSS departments.

Duties and Responsibilities                                      

                                                                                             

61 Plan service business inventories to ensure spare part availability and to drive effective working capital utilization

61 Manage the spare part forecasting process

61 Ensure optimized stock levels and order quantities

61 Monitor exceptions, configure planning tool and control the planning process

61 Continuously review, analyze and further develop our global inventory management

61 Supporting KONE maintenance business to optimize proximity stocks and supply chain productivity

61 优化库存水平和订单数量

61 监控异常情况,配置规划工具,并控制规划过程

61 Being armed with required business knowledge and necessary skills, understand company strategy, mission and values, keep job knowledge current and enable to solve critical issues in logistics development and inventory management.                            

61 Problem Solving: Identifying the root cause of an issue by sorting through full steps and break problems into basic elements, make tough decisions in a timely manner and anticipate how decisions may unfold prior to communicating individual thought to others.                          

61 Communication: Understanding that effective communication lead to success, express ideas clearly and concisely by making listening a priority, respect for others to develop creative solutions and deliver clear/needed information to others in a timely manner.                         

61 Ethics & Practice: Supporting company values and work/talk with others in a straightforward and honest manner, consistently uses good judgment when analyzing right and wrong, maintain confidentiality and perform at a level of conduct within corporate ethics guidelines.                     

61 Job Management: Establishing performance goals, milestones and procedures, set up an action plan to make good use of operations resources, coordinate projects throughout team work, monitor logistics progress while managing multiple logistics projects.

任职条件

Education and Experience                                       

                                                                                             

61 Bachelor Degree 

61 Working experience in logistics, material management or supply chain planning

61 SAP knowledge and skills

61 Preferred experience of working with Servigistics, MCA, Syncron, and SAP APO solutions

61 Fluency in English

61 本科学历
