-Understand group strategy, technology strategy, GBGF OKR and deliver the value to technology, business and HSBC end customer.
-Responsible to manage a delivery team and execution within digital channel, build a high performing team with cross functional skillsets including but not limited to development, testing, business analysis, infrastructure, architecture, site resilience engineering (SRE) and automation.
-Drive the excellence of technology by increasing release frequency, reducing incident and time to recover, automating daily operation, eliminating technical debt and risk.
-Drive the uplift in technology toward future state architecture by modernizing our platform, building easy use software and application, continuously improving customer experience.
-Build software and application compliant with HSBC technology standard, including but not limited to cyber security, non functional requirement, service level agreement, audit purpose.
-Be accountable for business service and technology service, facing off business stakeholders, customers, operation service providers to address their need on technology team.
-Manage supply and demand pipeline and give guidance, direction for making decision to achieve goals, deliver products that align with business core interest.
-Build the team in high performing culture, motivating the team to contribute good ideas, develop themselves with new skills, closely collaborate and succeed together.
-Minimal 10+ years’ experience of software developments with both water-Fall and Agile methodologies.
-Expert in distributed technology in both cloud platform (GCP) and on-premise platform (IKP).
-Solid Java, Springboot, Mongo DB technical skill to build high performing API.
-Familiar with network setting for web service application such as F5, load balancer, WAF, Akamai, API gateway.
-Rich experience in leading and managing medium sized cross functional team with 20+ people.
-Rich experience in managing medium sized project delivery, cooperating with at least 3 different teams to deliver project end to end.
-Experience in product support and customer facing communication is required.
-Experience in working in a global team (UK, India, Poland, Canada, US) is required.
-Experience in DevOps, CI/CD, canary release, Agile delivery and governance framework is required.
