职位描述

Main Purpose of this role: summary

Develop category growing strategy in E-commerce channel in terms of category definition, vision, drivers, key JBTD, 618/D11 promotion landing and brand campaign execution working with MKT

Lead category operation excellence and dynamic resource management to ensure business delivery from top line to bottom line

1. Category Definition & Priority

-Lead shopper insight into category development agenda (use more, more usage and more user)

-Develop product launch & scale up strategy with MKT team and deploy with EC site

-Work with Site team to develop brand 6P from category lens fit into channel scope

2. Category S&OP / Promotion & Baseline including TTS, GM Mix

- Forecast on topline via close cooperation with planning team

- Delivery S&OP and P&L via dynamic BMI & TTS management

- Work with SMM & MKT to optimize performance media outcome and shopper in-site experience

3. Category Premiumization

- Work with MKT team to crack Unilever premiumization model with solid building block

- Drive big bet scale up strategy for 618/D11 with dedication for EC channel

4. Emerging Channel Pioneer

- Drive significant growth in social commerce channel (DY/PDD etc.) through portfolio optimization

Requirements:

- Prefer EC experience, e.g., EC (JD/ALI/DY/PDD)

- 3 years FMCG working experience

- Good communication and business acumen
