CONTEXT OF THE POSITION

This position is located within ATFAC operation, as a Digitalization Engineer, he/she will act as an code programmer and/or digital project deployment lead to equip the business with digital solutions through Design-Develop-Deploy-Drive model to improve the business process efficiency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

1. Design:Analyze business requirements and the associated department processes, identify technical and organizational alternative solutions, specify project, prepare a decision paper (risk assessment and efficiency assessment).Define a solution in detail (application design, interfaces, software, processes, methods, infrastructure), for implementation and acceptance test, adapt Airbus Methods and Airbus Procedures.
2. Develop: programming with current programming and scripting languages, dashboards (complex and heterogeneous data sources, very high number of characteristics and correlations with algorithms based thereon)  based on Airbus data lake platform..  
3. Deploy, test and/or integrate highly available, scalable, maintainable, monitored systems and services.Development of product user manuals.
4. Drive: Provide training to business partners and collect feedback for solution optimization.
5. Research and understand internal customer requirements, industry best practices, operation impacts and needs. Deep understanding on local data structure and existing IT solution (Skywise, Google Workspace, ACPnG, SAP PCH,etc,)
6. Develop mini-program/instance in different platforms (SkyWise, WeCom, Google Data Studio, Apps Script, iObeya...etc) to provide solutions on efficiency improvement and/or a new way of working.
7. Animate dashboard and visualisation on the reports and deliver just in time dashboard on a recurring basis on time and quality.
8. Being the interface between local and other digitalization, innovation, information solution related organization to tracking and following the related project progress and maintaining routine exchange.

QUALIFICATION

1. EDUCATION: with  Bachelor  degree, in  Computer Science  major.
2. EXPERIENCE:  3  year experience in  IT infrastructure/Digitalization  domain.

Technical Skills:

1. Development knowledge: python, SQL, javascript, typescript.
2. Foundry Application Development skills: Workshop & Slate.
3. Data Engineering: code repository, pipeline builder, data ingestion (Walter).
4. Airbus Data Governance knowledge.
5. Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements and UAT.
6. Expertise with Google Workspace - Slide & Sheet, ServiceNow, Jira or any similar tool.
