1.Manage International Trade Compliance and Documentation: Execute end-to-end export and import operations by accurately classifying products under the Harmonized System (HS Code), ensuring compliance with Incoterms and commercial terms, obtaining origin certificates (including RCEP certificates of origin where applicable), and maintaining comprehensive trade documentation to facilitate customs clearance and support tariff optimization, thereby ensuring all shipments meet regulatory requirements and maximize preferential trade benefits.

2.Oversee Order Fulfillment and Logistics Operations: Coordinate complete order-to-delivery processes by selecting appropriate trade modes (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) aligned with customer requirements and cost optimization, managing international freight forwarding and insurance arrangements, liaising with customs brokers and logistics partners, and tracking shipment status to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction while maintaining cost efficiency.

3.Leverage SAP Systems and Financial Management: Utilize SAP and related enterprise systems to record import/export transactions, manage invoicing, realize sales revenue recognition, process export tax rebates (VAT refunds) through proper documentation and submission, and generate accurate customs declarations and billing records that support both operational efficiency and financial compliance.

4.Develop and Maintain Strategic Partnerships: Establish and manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, and transport providers by evaluating their performance, negotiating commercial terms, conducting regular performance reviews, and ensuring service quality standards are met, while simultaneously handling contract negotiations, addressing disputes, and optimizing logistics costs across all import and export operations.

1、本科及以上，国际贸易、物流管理、计算机相关专业优先；

2、3 年以上进出口物流实操经验，熟悉 RCEP 等贸易协定及海关监管要求，具备基础编程能力（如 Python、VBA）者优先；

3、熟练操作 SAP 系统，掌握 HS 编码归类、出口退税流程，能独立开发或对接物流自动化工具；

4、强沟通协调能力、成本意识，能应对突发物流及合规问题，具备工具优化思维。
