职位描述

What are we looking for?

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. 3–5 years of sales management and B2B management experience.

3. Familiar with key platform operations and communication processes.

4. Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Platform Operations Management:

Develop and implement B2B growth strategies, including portfolio management, campaign planning, logistics coordination, and investment execution, to improve store coverage efficiency.

2. Sales & Target Achievement:

Break down business targets, manage campaign budgets, efficiently integrate resources, and achieve sales goals. Optimize operational plans through data analysis to enhance investment effectiveness across platforms.

3. Key Account Management:

Responsible for daily management of national platform JingXiTong and key regional platforms. Collaborate with TP partners to ensure smooth daily service communication and support.

4. Channel Conflict Resolution & Value Chain Optimization:

Optimize investments, balance channel pricing, improve the channel environment, and achieve sustainable channel growth.
