-Support Jira and Confluence through our internal Jira Service Desk.

-Manage AWS Infrastructure to ensure compliance and performance

-Maintain the operational environments both on-prem (Linux) and AWS

-General maintenance of the application and ensuring best practises

-Implementing Application Upgrades

-Maintenance of Linux Servers and Postgres Database

-Performance and reliability increases on infrastructure

-Provide training where required to users for all our tools

-Writing Python, Shell, and Groovy scripts for automation and maintenance

-Writing Terraform code and maintaining Ansible for deployment

-Creating/Maintaining CI/CD Pipelines for automation

-Close Issues within agreed SLAs

-4-6 years experience in managing AWS Infrastructure

-Experience in working with Jira and Confluence

-Worked within a customer facing support or engineering function

-Scripting knowledge (Groovy, Python, Shell etc.)

-Working Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.)

-Working Knowledge of Linux (RedHat)

-Experience working with Jenkins, Ansible and Terraform for Code as Infrastructure

-Be flexible under pressure

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ask ‘why’, be inquisitive.

-Excellent organisational skills

-Ability to communicate with non-technical people

-Be comfortable following Scrum methodology and working within an agile, multidisciplinary team.
