1. 工艺开发与规划Process Development & Planning

-跟进工艺从概念到量产全流程，保障产品质量持续提升。Follow processes from concept to market/series production readiness; improve product quality continuously.

-制定定制化工艺方案，完成 2D CAD 草图、供应商筛选及详细方案验证。Develop customized rough concepts (e.g., 2D CAD), select suppliers, and verify detailed solutions (cycle time, process flow, etc.).

-主导设备拆解、运输、安装调试及员工培训，推动设备顺利量产移交。Lead equipment dismantling, transportation, commissioning, and employee training; transfer equipment to series production.

2. 工艺优化与改进Process Improvement

-按六西格玛 DMAIC 方法实施优化，降低涂胶工序废品率与胶料消耗。Implement optimizations per Six Sigma DMAIC (project planning, documentation, "Lesson Learned").

-优化设备换型时间、周期及产能，减少停机时间，支持集团内其他工厂工艺优化。Reduce scrap/glue consumption in gluing process; optimize setup time, cycle time, and machine productivity. Assist other BU plants in gluing process optimization; reduce machine downtime.

-协同相关部门筛选替代胶料及供应商，标准化弹簧座几何设计。Support T&I/PSM in identifying alternative glues/suppliers; standardize spring seat geometry for assemblability.

3. 项目与合规管理Project & Compliance Management

-负责项目时间、资源及预算规划，跟踪里程碑节点与偏差处理。Plan project time, resources, and budget; track milestones and handle deviations.

-参与内外部质量、环境及职业健康安全审核。Participate in internal (QA-coordinated) and external (certification authority) audits (quality, environment, occupational safety).

-遵守公司 EHS 准则，参与持续改进活动，推动全球设备技术转移。Comply with EHS guidelines; participate in continuous improvement (BIPS, 6S, TPM, LAP). Coordinate global equipment/machinery transfer; support TKFS Group knowledge exchange.

任职要求Requirements

-教育背景Education：电气工程及其自动化、电力系统自动化、高电压与绝缘技术等相关专业本科及以上学历。Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant majors such as Electrical Engineering and Automation, Power System Automation, High Voltage and Insulation Technology.

-工作经验Experience：

1）5年以上汽车行业相关经验，具备丰富的电气和机器人经验和技能，有胶粘剂应用经验优先； 5 years above related experiences in automotive industry, rich experience and skills in electrician and robotic, gluing knowledge should be a plus;

2）掌握电机、电器及电力拖动的基本理论及应用知识，了解国内外同类产品的技术发展水平；熟悉产品和工艺的各级标准，了解有关机械制造的一般知识和技术经济分析等。Master the fundamental theories and application knowledge of electrical machines, electrical appliances, and electric drive; understand the technical development level of similar domestic and foreign products.

3）熟悉产品和工艺的各级标准，了解有关机械制造的一般知识和技术经济分析等。Familiar with various levels of standards for products and processes; have a basic understanding of general knowledge related to mechanical manufacturing and technical-economic analysis.

-技能要求Skills：

1）设计能力：能够独立完成非标自动化设备的程序逻辑开发，具备绘制电气图纸、选择电气部件的能力⁠。Design Capability: Ability to independently complete the program logic development of non-standard automated equipment; proficient in drawing electrical schematics and selecting electrical components.

2）编程能力：深入理解PLC系统架构，掌握主流品牌如基恩士、西门子、欧姆龙、三菱等的编程技术⁠。Deeply understand the PLC system architecture; master programming technologies of mainstream brands such as Keyence, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.

3）问题解决：具备较强的现场问题解决能力和调试能力，能够在复杂情况下迅速找到解决方案。Problem-Solving: Strong on-site problem-solving and debugging capabilities; able to quickly identify solutions in complex situations.

4）项目管理：有能力统筹和参与项目的各个阶段，包括初设文件的技术配合、施工图会审、设计变更审核等。Project Management: Capable of coordinating and participating in all project phases, including technical support for preliminary design documents, joint review of construction drawings, and review of design changes.

5）软件使用：熟练使用CAD、ePlan等专业绘图软件 。Software Proficiency: Skilled in using professional drawing software such as CAD and ePlan.

-综合素质Personal Qualities：英语流利，沟通能力强，有高度责任心与出差意愿。Fluent in English; strong communication skills. High willingness to travel, strong commitment, and ability to identify improvement potentials.
