-Create user stories for functional requirements that are non-customer facing or are backend driven such as – interest processing, data exchange, account creation etc.

-Assist Tech lead with

-End to end functional flows

-Data Model

-Interface specifications

-Host refinement sessions to bring stories to DoR done.

-Ensuring that a healthy number of stories remain in the DoR bucket and healthy product backlog is maintained.

-Reviewing what has been developed to ensure they are in line with expectations

-Assisting developers with queries on user stories and solution (functional)

-Analyze functional defects, bring them up in the prioritization sessions with the Pos

-Review test plan with the testers for CIT,SIT

-Expertise in Business Analysis skills.

-Strong banking knowledge with an overall experience of about 5-8 years.

-Understanding and first hand working experience of agile practices.

-Effective verbal and written communication skills, maturity in dealing with various stakeholders in business and IT.

-Strong customer focus and analytical skills.

-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with other teams, some of which may be geographically distributed.
