-Participate in technical design of features with guidance.

-Support the establishment of a digital environment and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high quality code and data

-Continuously contribute to code, ensuring compliance with all relevant controls and standards including relevant Service Management Standard.

-Keep up-to-date and have an understanding of the specific impact of the functional delivery, the business context of change and how a delivery may impact other functional areas.

-Lead production incident reviews for the team.

-University degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline.

-Understanding and ability to apply Project Management discipline and portfolio management.

-Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders

-Solid working experience in business or technical analysis

-Strong understanding of technology and its application, up to date with latest technology trends and ideas in the wider market.

-Experience in presenting to senior business and technology stakeholders.

-Can understand, build and present business cases.

-Strong communications skills in both written and verbal in English.

-Commercial acumen and good risk management and mitigation skills.

-Positive, proactive and can- do attitude.

-Learn about Microsoft Power Platform.

3 years+ PowerPlatform, PowerAutomate, Canvas App, Dataverse, PowerBI etc. experience
