-Provide level 2 support to the application
-Perform trouble shooting, problem investigation of the application
-Works with development team to develop a fix to the application
-Produce MI statistic to senior stakeholders to ensure full transparency of the issue for taking necessary action to remediate problem
-Perform quick identification of issue, working close with Product support team to resolve business enquiry.
-Strong knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform (Powerapps, Dataverse, Power BI) is preferred
-Knowledge in workflow, commercial banking is preferred.
-Master degree is best to have, Bachelor is must
-A minimum of 10 years' IT industry experience with significant testing knowledge, especially functional website testing.
-Strong understanding on production support and agile development methodology
-Fluent communication skills in spoken and listen English to communicate with UK and IN people
-Convincing capability to cooperate with different roles in global locations
-A highly-motivated individual with positive and pro-active attitude.
-Be able to work under pressure to complete project in tight schedule and cost effective way

3 years+ PowerPlatform, PowerAutomate, Canvas App, Dataverse, PowerBI etc. experience
