We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operation Specialist with a focus on distribution channel management, focusing on internal coordination, order lifecycle management, inventory control, and dealer support.
Dealer Communication & Support:Communicate policies/products with dealers, collect feedback, resolve sales issues, and assist in dealer meetings/training.
Order & Inventory Management:Track orders, update dealers on progress, monitor inventory, and propose replenishment to avoid stock issues.
Market Data & Reporting:Collect and analyze market/sales data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Cross-functional Coordination:Bridge distribution channel and internal teams, resolve issues, and improve collaboration.
Document & Process Optimization:Organize documents, optimize SOPs/policies, and prepare operational reports.
Ad-hoc Task Execution:Support marketing on promotions and complete other distribution tasks assigned by leaders.
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of proven experience in sales operations, channel management, or supply chain coordination, with preference given to those in the beauty, luxury, or FMCG industry.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and office tools, with solid data processing and report-building capabilities.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
