1. Design local HR policy and guidelines

2. Keep existing HR regulations or guidelines updated

3. Harmonize RBCE policies with the country ones

4. Design and improve HR processes

5. Propose effectiveness improvement measures of HR processes: KPIs

6. HR Quality Process Coordinator

7. HR Reporting

•Bachelor Degree and Above

•5 year plus working experience in in C&B or HR Policy related is required，Working experience in HR consulting firm preferred

•High degree of numerical reasoning and accuracy

•SAP Experience;

•HR Legal Requirement Understanding

•Good MS Office skills especially Excel and Power point

•Working experience in management controlling preferred
