1.Assist KA Senior Operation Manager in daily integrated business management, annual review and analysis of the Jade strategic client list, and the establishment of FA database.

2.Update the database for Jade KA without FAs (including bidding date, progress, and commercial items)

3.Conduct price analysis for Jade KAs with FA and nationwide landing projects, providing decision-making support to the KA Senior Operation Manager.

4.Organize routine monthly/bimonthly review meetings for Jade KAs and perform data statistical analysis for meeting minutes.

5.Assist and promote the development and maintenance of KA Jade customer business of Central Region.

6. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.

7. Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines.

8. Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues.

9. Other assignments from direct superior.

Education (Degree, major): Bachelor degree or above

Working Experience (minimum working year & experience): At least 3 years of market analysis experience in multinational corporations, with elevator industry background preferred.

Language: Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Computer skills: Familiar with MS Office s/w application, i.e. EXCEL,PPT

Other Specialties: Strong market information collection and data analysis skills; excellent communication abilities.
