Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

•Serve as the technical lead for the local team, providing software technical expert consultancy to the Factory Integration (FI) team.

• Actively participate in the DevOps & Agile process for the MHA solutions.

• Act as the local and global Application Owner (AO) for assigned Material Handling Automation (MHA) applications.

• Represent the local site as a software technical advisor on MHA topics,collaborating closely with the global team in Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions.

• Lead and guide smaller project teams to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.

• Translate user requirements into tailored MHA software solutions.

• Gather User Requirements for new user request/enhancement of MHA solutions, drive the implementation, testing, and rollout to production.

• Actively contribute to knowledge sharing across both local and global teams, fostering continuous improvement.

• Implement new features into existing applications and develop innovative automation software solutions, adhering to approved technologies and -Infineon’s FI architectural guidelines.

• Conduct Automation Capability Management testing and engage in technical negotiations with equipment vendors.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

•Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,Computer/Software Engineering, or a related Engineering field (such as Electrical, Electronic, Microelectronics, or Semiconductor Technology).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong project management background with expertise in application development within Manufacturing IT systems.

• Hands-on experience with semiconductor automation, including material handling, equipment automation, material identification, and storage systems, is an added advantage.

• Experience in factory automation solution design, semiconductor manufacturing processes, and systems is preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of semiconductor equipment integration, with familiarity with SEMI Standards, is an added advantage.

• A proactive mindset for supporting production environments, with a commitment to a zero-defect approach.

• Solid understanding of existing automation solutions and their applications.
