Responsibilities
Lead lithography process migration and optimization to ensure performance, yield, and stability targets are met.
Analyze and resolve process variations, equipment compatibility issues, and critical parameter deviations. Provide technical support for troubleshooting and production challenges.
Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, and resources in alignment with organizational standards.
Drive process improvement initiatives, identify optimization opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional resources to enhance efficiency and quality.
Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external suppliers. Organize status updates, alignment meetings, and manage conflicting objectives.
Influence stakeholders strategically to ensure requirements and changes are properly managed.
Identify and assess project risks, dependencies, and constraints. Implement mitigation plans and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Prioritize and resolve technical, process, or logistical problems to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain project status reports and prepare review presentations with key insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Evaluate deliverables against initial goals at project closure, extract lessons learned, and drive adoption of project outcomes.Requirements
Master degree or above in Optics, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in lithography process or equipment applications, or in generic project management.
Familiar with lithography equipment and process parameter optimization.
Knowledge of industry-standard project management practices and ability to lead others within projects.
Proficient in project management and data analysis tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English for technical and project-related communication.
