To manage payroll & benefits operations and daily HR services, delivering efficient and accurate support to employees, while assisting in various HR projects.
· Payroll & Attendance: Execute monthly payroll processing; manage attendance, social benefits & commercial insurance.
· Employee Services: Handle onboarding, offboarding, and transfers; respond to employee inquiries.
· System & Projects: Maintain HR system data; support ad-hoc projects like benefits programs and team building.
· 2+ years of HR experience, with preference for payroll or HR operations background.
· Knowledge of labor laws and social benefit policies.
· Proficient in Excel, responsible, and detail-oriented.
