We are seeking a strategic and results-driven EMKT Senior Manager specializing in EC (E-commerce) channel, pivotal to bridging EC and MKT collaboration, driving IP partnerships, in-site content, and trade marketing within the luxury beauty space. This role is crucial to aligning EC sales targets with marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and maximizing brand presence on e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be an expert in EC channel dynamics, with a proven track record in IP collaboration, content strategy, and cross-functional synergy.
EC-MKT Collaboration & Alignment: Serve as the core bridge between EC channel and marketing team, synchronizing bi-directional information flow. Translate EC platform demands (inventory, promotion rhythm, user insights) to MKT and convey MKT brand campaigns, product messaging to EC team. Coordinate cross-team collaboration (EC operation, product, supply chain) to align marketing activities with EC resources, inventory, and sales cycles for maximized synergy.
EC Channel IP Collaboration: Lead end-to-end IP collaboration for EC channel, including IP selection (aligned with brand positioning), plan development (co-branded products, themed campaigns, live-streaming), and negotiation with IP parties/platforms on terms, rights, and resource support. Oversee IP campaign execution on EC platforms (Tmall, JD, Douyin E-commerce), coordinate creative production, manage launch (store decoration, traffic promotion), and track performance (sales, engagement, exposure) for optimization.
EC In-site Content Strategy & Operation: Develop and implement EC in-site content strategy to enhance user experience and conversion. Plan content types: product detail pages (usage demos, ingredient explanations), short videos (unboxing, tutorials), live-streaming scripts, and UGC guidance (review incentives). Optimize content using EC platform data tools (Tmall Business Advisor, JD JData, Douyin Data Center), analyse performance (view rate, conversion) and iterate based on EC user preferences and platform algorithms.
EC Trade Marketing & Promotion: Design and execute EC trade marketing initiatives to drive sales and platform cooperation. Plan platform-specific promotions (Tmall 618, JD 11.11, Douyin Shopping Festival), secure platform resources (slots, subsidies), and manage budgets for ROI. Develop trade marketing support for EKA: provide materials, design co-promotion plans, and monitor compliance to maintain brand consistency.
Data Analysis: Track and analyse EC EMKT performance metrics (sales contribution, traffic, conversion, IP ROI) via EC and digital tools, generate reports to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven optimizations.
Brand Consistency & Risk Management: Ensure all EC marketing activities (IP, content, promotions) comply with brand guidelines and EC platform regulations. Identify and mitigate risks: IP reputation checks, content compliance (avoid false ads), and prompt response to user complaints to protect brand image on EC platforms.
