We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operation Specialist with a focus on distribution channel management. This role is crucial to our distribution channel efficiency, focusing on internal coordination, order lifecycle management, inventory control, and dealer support. The ideal candidate will be an organized communicator with a knack for streamlining processes and ensuring seamless channel operations.
Dealer Communication & Support: Lead daily communication with dealers to convey company policies, product information, and collect feedback/needs, escalating to relevant departments promptly. Resolve sales-process issues (product supply, logistics, after-sales service) to ensure channel smoothness. Coordinate and support dealer meetings, training activities, managing preparation, material collation, and on-site coordination.
Order & Inventory Management: Oversee dealer order receipt, review, and follow-up, ensuring accurate transmission to production and logistics teams. Track order execution progress and feedback status to dealers. Monitor multi-channel inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and propose data-driven replenishment strategies to avoid overstock or stockouts.
Market Data & Reporting: Drive collection and analysis of market trends, competitor insights, and consumer feedback, compiling actionable reports for channel strategy adjustment. Analyze sales data (revenue, volume, inventory turnover) to identify operational opportunities and issues, recommending improvement plans.
Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the liaison between distribution channel and internal teams (supply chain, finance, marketing, customer service) to synchronize needs, resolve operational issues, and enhance cross-departmental collaboration efficiency.
Document & Process Optimization: Own collation and archiving of distribution channel documents (dealer contracts, sales reports, promotion plans) to establish a standardized management system. Assist in drafting, revising, and optimizing channel-related SOPs, processes, and policies. Prepare regular operational reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to support management decision-making.
Ad-hoc Task Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team on channel promotion activities, assisting in plan development, promotional material preparation, and campaign performance tracking. Complete other distribution channel-related ad-hoc tasks assigned by leadership (e.g., urgent order handling, channel research support).
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of proven experience in sales operations, channel management, or supply chain coordination, with preference given to those in the beauty, luxury, or FMCG industry.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and office tools, with solid data processing and report-building capabilities.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
