主要职责 Main Responsibility:

1) Lead/develop/manage technology team including process engineer, IE and tool design;

领导、发展、管理工程技术部门团队，包括工艺、IE以及工装夹具等

2) Capex management

投资管理

3) Lead process design and development for new projects;

领导新项目的工艺设计以及优化

4) Coordinate with R&D and customer to finish all samples, PPV and OTS approval till SOP 

协调研发和客户端配合完成所有样件提交并获得客户认可，包括PPV、OTS等样件直至正式量产

5) Capacity planning and machine investment, 

产能规划以及设备投资计划

6) Responsible for process review, flow chart, control plan, pFMEA, WI;

负责工艺过程监控，流程图，控制计划，PFMEA，作业指导书等文件的制定及更新；

7) Responsible for tool design/manufacturing/optimization

负责管理工装设计、制造、优化及日常管理；

8) Process and technology change management and approval;

负责工艺、技术变更管理以及审批；

9) Problem solving for process issues and quality issues;

负责解决生产过程中相关的工艺问题以及质量问题；

10) Continues improvement for production cost

制造成本的持续优化，改善

11) Comply with the company's OSH policies, compliance policies, etc

遵守公司合规政策及EHS政策

12) Other tasks assigned by superior.

上级指定的其他工作。

任职要求Qualification：

a) University degree or above on mechanical engineering or material science;

大学本科及以上学历，机械工程、材料科学等相关专业

b) At lease 10 years working experience in automotive engineering field. 3 years’ technology or engineering management role in automotive Industry;

10年及以上汽车零部件行业工程技术工作经验，3年管理岗位经验

c) Heat treatment, painting and metal cold/hot forming experience is a plus

有热处理、喷涂、金属冷/热成型经验者优先

d) Coiling Spring and Stabilizer experience is a plus

有弹簧稳定杆制造经验者优先

e) Strong project management, communication skills and persuasiveness in presenting, discussing and resolving difficult issues, both orally and in writing Initiative;

优秀的项目管理能力，良好的沟通能力，说服他人，积极主动

f) Good understanding of P-FMEA

熟悉P-FMEA

g) 3D&2D drawing software, such as SolidWorks, UG, AutoCAD

阅读图纸能力，会使用3D&2D画图软件者优先

h) Team work spirit, Communication skills, clear thinking;

有团队合作精神，解决问题能力，思路清晰

i) Fluent in English, writing and oral.
