主要职责 Main Responsibility:
1) Department management including manpower requirements planning, staff development, qualification and motivation;
质量部门管理,包括人力需求规划、员工发展、资质认证及激励等;
2) Tasks in quality planning, control, assurance and improvement for new parts, serial production as well as modifications to serial parts;
负责新零件、批量生产以及批量零件变更相关的质量规划、质量控制、质量保证及质量改进工作;
3) Implementation of customer quality requirements incl. Customer Portals;
落实客户质量要求,包括客户门户的使用;
4) Implementation and further development of quality system, processes and methods ;
质量体系、流程及方法的实施与持续优化;
5) Customer Support (customer audits, zero-defect complaints, field failures) in the manner specified by the customer;
按照客户指定方式提供客户支持(含客户审核、零缺陷投诉处理、现场故障解决等);
6) Supporting suppliers as well as outsourced processes;
为供应商及委外流程提供支持;
7) Lab management and maintain the validity of the 17025 certificate;
管理实验室并保持17025证书有效性;
8) Regular active participation in the improvement measures being continuously implemented in the Company;
定期主动参与公司持续开展的改进措施;
9) Compliance with and continuous improvement of the guidelines and their objectives for quality, safety at work and environmental protection effective in the Company;
遵守并持续完善公司现行的质量方针、职业安全与环境保护方针及目标;
10) Observing the thyssenkrupp Compliance Policy and OSH policy, acting accordingly;
遵守蒂森克虏伯合规政策及EHS政策;
11) Any other tasks as assigned.
完成上级交办的其他工作
任职要求Qualification:
1) Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Engineering/material with good language skills in English;
工程类/材料类或相关专业本科及以上学历,具备良好的英语语言能力
2) At least 10 years’ experience in Quality management, 3 years in automotive quality assurance or quality management desirable and 3 years in personnel responsibility.
10 年及以上质量管理工作经验, 3 年汽车行业质量保证或质量管理经验及 3 年人员管理经验者优先
3) Familiar with IATF16949, VDA 6.3, good hands-on experience in quality management system in automotive industry;
熟悉 IATF16949、VDA 6.3 标准,在汽车行业质量管理体系方面具备扎实的实操经验;
4) Good knowledge in quality management tools and practice in continued improvement and LEAN;
熟练掌握各项质量管理工具,具有持续改进及精益生产(LEAN)知识与经验
5) Strong communication and people management skills;
