职位描述

Responsibilities / Duties

•Executive administrative support: Support delegated work for Univation Commercial and ISS team based in Dow Beijing office, examples but not restricted to the following:

•Travel arrangements

•Team event and meeting arrangements (event logistics and food catering, support planning of team activities)

•Expense reporting

•Calendar management

•Administrative management of Microsoft Teams/Sharepoint

•Follow-up on tasks from team members

•On-boarding and off-boarding administrative support for team members

•Administrative support to visitors

•Commercial Activities support: provide commercial support for New Build license pursuing and execution:

•Monitor and track NDAs

•Commercial support for New Build licensing project in pursuing stage and execution early stage including invoicing, bank guarantee, service man days counting

•Business team support: Support delegated work for selected business teams across Univation China and Global

•Procurement: Create purchase requisition (PR) and obtain purchase order (PO) for commercial/marketing collateral, gifts and office supplies such as namecard printing and flower gifts

•Contract filing and document retention: Provide support for contract documentation paperwork filing and management of archives as per document retention policies

•Courier and shipment support: Arrange incoming/outgoing courier shipments as needed

•Under limited direction, ensures communications flow properly utilizing knowledge of business / function’s organization structure and overall Dow processes

Desired qualifications

•5 years of administrative or secretarial experience desired, MNC experience is a plus

Your skills

•Must possess good oral and written communication skills with fluency in English

•SAP basic knowledge is desired, especially experience with raising PR/PO

•Basica understanding of licensing activities, secrecy agreements

•Ability to organize work using Microsoft 365 suite

•Experience demonstrating IT savviness is a big plus, especially experience hosting virtual meetings and managing Microsoft Team sites and SharePoint is a plus

•Time management skills with ability to multitask and be resourceful

•Positive mindset, pleasant and respectful approach to support both internal and external customers

•Good sense and awareness of ethics and compliance

•Takes ownership in their work

•Builds appropriate rapport and effective relationships within Dow
