Responsible for in-vivo function in discovery research

1、Collaborate with the broader scientific teams to plan and independently complete in-vivo experiments to support preclinical characterization and evaluation of test articles as well as targets/signaling pathways;

2、Perform in-depth literature search, explore and develop proper in-vivo models to investigate the pharmacology of test articles;

3、Communicate and coordinate with external partners, track and supervise the experiments to ensure that studies can be completed in time and the results are accurate and reliable;

4、Screen external partners and formulate contracts.

1、Graduate degree in the field of biology, pharmacology or veterinary medicine with at least two years (for PhD level candidates) or five years (for Mphil level candidates) of industry experience (CROs/Pharma/Bio-Pharma/Biotech).

2、Expertise in in-vivo workflows, experimental design, execution, data analysis/ interpretation and report drafting.

3、Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in in-vivo animal models and ex-vivo molecular assays/techniques including flow cytometry, ELISA, MSD, Luminex, CBA, western blot, IHC/IF, qPCR etc.

4、Strong ability in literature/patent search, analytical thinking and problem solving.

5、Excellent organizational and communications skills

附加任职条件

1、Strong publication/patent track records;

2、Experience in leading in-vivo projects to PCC/IND milestones;

3、Work experience on nucleic acid drugs discovery.
