- Team Management

• Lead team to meet KPI index

• Team job assignment and progress monitor, team resource and workload balance.

• Develop the team competence to meet the complex order requirement

• Improvement the order efficiency via process improvement, configuration tools improvement, parameterize design

• Lead and compile the non-standard design guideline and set up the design data or documentation management system.

• Engineering ranking and talent development of team members

• Implement the company's tools and resources under the company's guidelines, adhere and ensure team members adhere to all safety policies of the company according to the requirements of the safety management system

- Order Management

• Lead the team to handle the orders BOM, 

• Lead the team to conduct the non-standard designs and drawings for manufacturing or wiring diagrams.

• Provide the support for specific orders including manufacturing support or installation support.

• Cooperating with the PDC to achieve new solutions or products for the actual orders implementation.

- Technical Management

• Provide technical support for complex orders, especially for pre-sales.

• Technical support for the type test and certification related matters.

• Risk assessment and management for orders if needed.

- Quality & Efficiency Management

• Lead the team to carry out root cause analysis and improvement actions for design failure cases, monitor the design quality improvement actions, to continuous improvement the reliability of the design.

• Execute the ECO/MCO wave, ensure implementation within the team members.

• Push or lead the standardization of common request from specific customers or areas.

• Conduct the design to cost, design to manufacture… and other improvement LEAN projects.

• Provide some feasible suggestions to promote order automation rate.

• Lead or participate in the internal LEAN/ LSS projects to improve efficiency or reduce waste.

- Communications and others:

• There will be multiple counterparts working with by close communications:Regional field team/Customer when required/Workshop and suppliers/TKE global & local engineering team

• Participate in the formulation of factory technical standards and process routes.

• Provide technical training for multiple departments.

• Abide by the policies and procedures established by the company at all levels

• Utilize the company's tools and resources under the company's guidelines, adhere to all safety policies of the company according to the requirements of the safety management system.

• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

-Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical / electrical engineering

-Professional Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Elevator industry, familiar with elevator code.

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience

• Well knowledge of manufacturing or debugging.

• Experience of working in a multi-national environment is preferred

• Well knowledge of DFMEA, 6 sigma and other LEAN tools

-Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Well knowledge of common office software.

• Fluent in English as the base, strong preference for Arabic language

- Work Environment and Travel Requirements

• Willingness to travel between KSA and other TKE factories globally

• Willingness to travel and visit jobsite together with Field team when required
