-Workforce Management:Day-to-day management of a bottom-up, role-based plan for permanent and non-permanent roles, aligned to funded projects & priorities for service line(s)Work closely with the Ops Manager for each service line to understand workforce requirements, implement the workforce plan and drive all transactional activityEnsure the policies & procedures driven by Central team are adhered to by Ops Manager and hiring managersPerform all contingent workforce management including onboarding and offboarding, management of tenure tracking etcEnsure the highest data quality in PioneerManagement of the recruitment pipeline within service line, driving tasks to completion

-Workforce Insourcing:Support the scaled hiring approach for Asia & Mid East TechSupport in the education of Asia & Mid East Tech hiring managersExecute actions as per workforce insourcing plan

-Tooling Strategy & Execution:Provide inputs/ feedback on tooling enhancementsParticipate in UAT as required

-Understanding of workforce management E2E lifecycle and recruitment processes

-Experience in the management of workforce plans and running processes to support the accuracy of those plans

-Ability to identity process improvements

-Develops and maintains long term relationships with highly critical stakeholders internally and externally

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information

-Strong attention to detail

-Understanding of the HSBC Group and its strategy, structures and processes
