PURPOSE OF ROLE
Lead delivery, change management and adoption of D&T capabilities into the business group and/or business unit, including focusing on end user experience, process change, communication and outcomes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Product Delivery, Adoption and Embedment
• Support the delivery of data and AI initiatives in the market
• Ensure D&T products are adopted and embraced by end users within the BG/BU
• Monitor and track adoption metrics for digital solutions across the BG/BU
• Identify and address potential barriers to adoption, ensuring smooth deployment of product development initiatives
• Drives process change, embedding capabilities into day to day working
• Maps business outcomes to products
• Leads the change management strategy and plan for the BG or BU
Maximise BG/BU ‘Business Readiness’ and develop Change Champions Network
• Undertake Business Readiness Assessments and take any necessary mitigating action to prepare BGs/BUs for digital changes prioritised by BG Leadership
• Build the feedback loop and change champion network within the BGs/BUs, driving BG/BU employee engagement with digital transformation initiatives
Facilitate BG/BU Engagement & Communication
• Act as a central point of information for digital transformation initiatives for D&T into the BG/BU, driving communications with the BG/BU communications lead
• Develop a clear BG/BU engagement strategy and plans to build awareness, understanding and change support.
• Collaborate with Domain/Family/ Product Change Lead / Change Manager to align on messaging per specific product development initiative
• Support Domain/Family in identifying key business stakeholders to engage with in more detail
Change Coordination & Training
• Oversees BG/BU overall training strategies
• Gather feedback from end-users, super users and change champions continuously iterate approach to optimise training effectiveness and adoption

• Strategic Change Management experience in large, complex organisations
• Technical Acumen – familiarity with digital technologies and technology trends
• Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Strong data management and data architecture mastery
• Global Training and Learning delivery experience
