* Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales.
* Lead product management activities including product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and feature definition for a diverse portfolio including pipettes, tips, pipetteX software, cell counters, and more.
* Define and execute service strategies to improve customer experience and support revenue growth.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate closely with sales, R&D, service teams, other lab teams and stakeholders (SBU) to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategies.
* Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, events, and communications.
* Oversee the creation of marketing content, product documentation, and service materials.
* Monitor and analyze market trends, product performance, and service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
* Manage budgets and resource allocation across marketing, product, and service activities.
* Education
* Bachelor’s degree in life science including but not limited to Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Genetics, Biotechnology
MBA preferred.
* Working years
* At least 5 years of experience in marketing and product management, ideally in scientific instruments, laboratory equipment, or related industries.
* Professional skills
* Strong English communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and communication with international colleagues.
* Demonstrated ability to manage both marketing and product/service strategies effectively.
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
