Digital strategy planning
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience in the suncare market.
Identify digital channel and platforms suitable for reaching and engaging with the target audience
Drive brand awareness, audience engagement and sales growth through digital communication
Know the digital media trend and connect with consumer insights, especially on Douyin.
2 Content creation and management
Ensure the digital content is aligned with brand messaging, catch the social trend and best practices on traffic driven
Oversee the creation and optimization of digital content inducing social media video, copies and re-edit video plan.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling content that resonate with the target audience
implement A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other optimization techniques to improve performance and effectiveness
3 Social media and campaign management
Regular social media daily execution with optimization on KFS allocation and KOL selection matrix keywords for covering and key audience targeting.
Drive one consumer journey experience with a closed loop , especially on Douyin
Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive brand AIPL asset accumulation and conversion rate.
4 Performance analysis and optimization
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPls) for digital campaigns including impression, conversion rates, engagement
Monitor the consumer behavior change to improve communication development. Explore and find business growth opportunities from consumer data analysis.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Budget/ROI management and KPI management.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Douyin.with strong understanding of Douyin's algorithm, features, audience, and marketing best practices.
• Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent creative skills, with the ability to develop engaging content ideas and concepts.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, plus Commercial awareness
• Strong ownership and open mind to corporate with both internal and external partner
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
