-Participate in the various stages of project, such as requirement gathering, function design, technical design, development, testing, implementation and support.

-Ensure all activities performed within the team adhere to the group IT and security standards.

-Adopt and provide ongoing improvement on development process and promote usage of right tooling.

-Work closely with the Technical Lead to ensure efficient flow of the backlog of change activities and drive technology change within/across teams.L18

-Work closely with regional IT teams (HK, Xi’An) and vendors in project implementation and support.

-Provide coaching and support to the junior teammates.

-Minimum 4 years’ experience of software developments, preferably in an enterprise or a global environment.

-Be familiar with AS400, CL, COBOL and DB2. SMART COBOL is more appreciated.

-Be familiar with MQ, CD/CE gateway, sFTP, R2DS, etc.

-Be familiar with Agile/DevOps approach and practices.

-Have capability to independently complete function design and technical design.

-Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently, proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines.

-Be familiar with Insurance knowledge.

-Solid experience on automated build, test automation, CI/CD tooling to accelerate DevOps change in the team

-The passion and ability to lead/motivate and develop technologist

-A highly-motivated individual with positive and proactive attitude. Open mindset and adapt to the change

-Good verbal communication skills in English

-Confident to interact directly with people of different culture. (HK, XA)

-Passed LOMA is more appreciated.
