KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES 主要职责:

·      Develops and administers company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and legal requirements

·      Build organization culture (performance driven) aligned with global organization, focus around employer branding, internal communications and creating the environment for Stryker to become a great place to work

·      Develops recruiting and retention strategies and succession planning process

·      Partners with the leadership team to develop organizational structures and strategies

·      Develops training programs, personal and career development, performance appraisal process, compensation systems, diversity and benefit programs

·      Creates and reviews employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to employee counseling, interpretation of policies, orientation & recognition

·      Hire, train, supervise, motivate, and develop human resources staff; ensure staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations

·      Focus around building Diversity through talent acquisition and talent management strategies

·      Provide appropriate localization of global solutions to meet changing business conditions

·      Lead the admin function to manage the employee canteen, shuttle bus, company car

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 管理职责:

·      Functional adviser to the Leaders

·      Collaborates with the Leadership Teams to ensure cross-department cooperation and efficiency

·      Create and drive the culture of Quality and fully comply the GMP and regulatory requirement

·      Coach, develop and lead team of direct reports by providing developmental and growth opportunities

·      Conduct annual performance reviews & bi-annually interim performance reviews

·      Facilitating the talent review and help leaders to identify the key talents, work with leaders to retain the key talents, Create strong succession plans

·      Manage employee engagement processes and create and execute action plans based on these sessions

负责员工敬业度流程,制定和执行员工敬业度行动计划。

·      Responsible for compliance with company policies and corrective actions

·      Build and execute development & learning programs across the country

REQUIRED SKILL SET 岗位技能:

·      Knowledge of and/or experience with talent selection, development, and engagement tools

·      Possess ability to identify and hire outstanding talent - must be able to analyze and make decisions regarding personnel

·      Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations across China

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 经验要求:

·      HR qualifications preferred

有人力资源资格证优先考虑

·      10 -15 years of related HR experience with 5-8 years of leadership experience

10-15年人力资源相关经验并有5-8年管理经验

·      Language capability

优秀的语言能力



EDUCATION 教育背景:

·      University Degree required. 

大学本科学历

·      MBA or business background would be an asset

MBA或者 工商管理经验优先
