•Closely communicate with customers, production and all functions in the plant to optimize order fulfillment process, support production, warehouse higher productivity result by stabilized planning and controlling与客户、生产部门及工厂内各职能部门保持密切沟通，以优化订单交付流程，通过稳定的计划与控制支持生产、仓储部门提升生产效率。

•Proactively work with Purchasing / Purchasing Quality to guarantee high supplier delivery performance to prevent materials shortage主动与采购/采购质量部门协作，确保供应商的高效交付表现，以避免物料短缺。

•Support and lead team for BPS activities. Innovation and strategy define in planning field. 支持并领导BPS团队的相关工作。在计划领域定义创新与战略。

•Support team on building up digitization experts for increasing automation and digitalization maturity支持团队培养数字化专家，以提升自动化和数字化成熟度。

•Bachelor or above(本科或以上学历)

•More than 5 years of experience in planning management positions within the automotive industry. 5年以上汽车行业计划管理岗位经验

•SAP ，or QAD experience,

•SAP 或者QAD等相关ERP操作经验

•Fluent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 流利的英语听说读写能力
