职位描述

1. Ensures that all personnel records are maintained filed and updated in the HR System.

确保所有人事记录在人事系统中的保存,归档以及更新。 

2.Records accurate associate information such as personal data, benefits, attendance, reward and punishment records, expiration date of health certificate, personnel change information and termination date and reason in the HR System.

在人事系统中记录准确的员工信息,如员工个人资料、福利、出勤、奖惩记录、健康证到期日期、人事变动信息以及员工终止合同日期及终止合同原因。

3.In accordance with the group's requirements, promptly enter associate information on People HYway, such as salary adjustments, promotions, department transfers, resignation information entry, and labor contract renewal information.

按照集团要求,及时录入People HYway上的员工信息,例如:调薪、升职、部门调动、离职信息录入,劳动合同续签信息等。

4.Maintain and manage the hotel's attendance system, ensuring that leave and overtime are subject to approval procedures, guaranteeing the accuracy of attendance records and payroll disbursement, and ensuring that the disbursement process complies with the group and hotel relevant standards and regulations. Provide timely and effective guidance and assistance to attendance clerks from various departments.

维护和管理酒店考勤系统,确保假期和加班都经过审批程序,确保考勤和薪资发放的准确性,保证发放流程都符合集团和酒店的相关标准和规定。为各部门考勤员提供及时有效的指导和帮助。 

5.Be responsible for renewing labor contracts, ensuring that all labor contracts are renewed before their expiration.

负责酒店劳动合同续签工作,确保所有劳动合同在到期前完成续签。

6.Be responsible for the probation of associates.

负责酒店员工的转正工作。

7.Promptly deliver recruitment reports and make sure the figures are accurate,for example: associate’s increase and decrease, retirement, work injuries, maternity, medical reimbursement, etc.

负责当地所有员工的社保、公积金、商业保险及其他劳动关系相关福利事宜,例如:增减员、退休、工伤、生育、医疗报销等等。 

8.Ensuring proper documentation for the process of associate work accidents claim.

确保员工工伤申请程序有关文件的保存。

9.Maintains effective internal communication with associates.

负责酒店健康证的管理和保存,确保证件在有效期内。

任职条件

1. Proficiency in using office software.

熟练操作办公室各种软件。

2.Excellent communication skills.

优秀的沟通技巧。

3.Excellent organization & coordination skill.

具有较强的组织协调能力。

4.Familiar with HR Operation and labor law.

熟悉人力资源部运作,对劳动法有一定了解。

5.Minimum of 2 years C&B working experience in a 5 star international branded hotel or comparable industry related experience.

2年以上国际五星级酒店薪酬工作经验或相关领域同等经验。
