基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
• 品类计划执行: 参与制定并负责执行品类的年度/季度业务计划,跟踪关键指标完成情况。Participate in developing and be responsible for executing the annual/quarterly business plan category, tracking key performance indicators.
• 项目管理: 负责品类专属营销项目(如渠道特攻等)的计划制定、跨部门沟通、执行推进与效果追踪。Manage dedicated marketing projects for the category, including planning, cross-functional communication, execution, and performance tracking.
• 新品上市跟进: 参与制定新品上市渠道计划,并负责跟进新品的分销、陈列、动销及后期评估。Participate in developing channel launch plans and oversee the distribution, display, offtake, and post-launch evaluation of new products.
• 促销活动执行: 根据年度计划,负责品类促销活动的具体执行与跟进,包括物料准备、订单跟踪与效果分析。Execute and follow up on promotional activities, including material preparation, order tracking, and performance analysis.
• 门店执行支持: 检查并确保完美门店标准(如MSL、陈列)在重点门店得到落实。Audit and ensure the Perfect Store standards are implemented in key outlets.
工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Qualifications and skills:
1. 3年以上通路营销经验3+ years of trade marketing experience
2. 销售计划与渠道管理Sales planning and channel management
3. 陈列与促销规划Display and promotion planning
4. 新品上市执行New product launch execution
5. 良好的沟通技巧Strong communication skills
6. 英语书写与沟通能力优先Fluent written and verbal English communication skills is preferred
