Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job

Build up smart machine eco-system for Homecare in leading market , master machine science on washing/dryer machine, drive innovation in HC and roll out globally.

Main Accountabilities

This role would focus on machine science understanding, machine partnership co-operation, machine lab management. Specific on: Auto-Dosing Compatibility and dispensing module design and development, special wash and sensory Innovation.

This role would also co-develop with appliance partners, access regional innovation ecosystems, and scale globally. By embedding machine-aware design principles into chemical materials pipeline, shape a future where chemistry and technology converge to deliver superior, sustainable, and seamless home care experiences.

Key Interfaces

External: Different Government authority, 3rd test agency, home appliance company.

Internal: R&D cross function team/ QA/ 3P/ MKT / Supply Chain/ Global connection

Key Skills

•Able to demonstrate a good understanding of mechanisms and an awareness of the application of electrical principles and electronics

•Fluent English both in oral and written, excellent presentation skill;

•Ability to provide 2D&3D drawings;

•Must have strong knowledge and awareness of applicable industry standards and requirements such as ISO, UL, CE, and RoHS

•Expert in home appliance company.

Relevant Experience

•Bachelor's or equivalent degree in mechanical engineering

•preferred 4+ years of related experience

•Prefer to have background from washing machine, floor robot or XiaomiLeadership Behaviours
