-Act as solution SME to design and implement GenAI IT solutions to meet business users’ requirements.

-Understand overall functional and non-functional requirements, to drive from idea to implementation

-Deliver under agile development methodology, and support all necessary agile ceremony and handle various team activities, such as '- prepare project related documentation and provide support on compliance and audit query.

-Ensure a high-quality standard of deliverables according to HSBC standards and best practices.

-Contribute to deliver future state of architecture solution (e.g. micro-service).

-12+ years IT experience in system development with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

-Solid skill set and development experience in F/E like ReactJS, B/E like Java, Unix/Linux, GitHub and Maven/Gradle is essential.

-Experience of DevOps focused environment and Agile Team, and knowledge of DevOps tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Ansible etc.).

-Technical experience in system architecture design will be a must

-Technical experience in micro service architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Platform will be strong advantage.

-Business knowledge in life insurance domain will be an advantage.

-Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and under pressure against multiple deadlines.

-Strong communication skills and documentation skills.

-Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative.
