MAIN PURPOSE

Lead the maintenance department and responsible for managing all installation, repair and upkeep the qualities of our retail/specialist btqs as well as our offices. Duties will include planning repair activities, developing maintenance procedures, spending analysis and frequent on site visit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing and implementing a (proactive) maintenance strategy and ensure implementation
• Forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation/reviews for spare parts inventory
• Conduct regular on site inspections of the boutiques & specialists to detect and resolve problems
• Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates
• Close follow up and liaison with Retail, Specialists and Boutiques staff to ensure all repair works done in a timely manner
• Support the project team and / or other function on some minor enhancement work
• Monitor, follow up, keep track on the capex spending. Prepare costs summaries detail maintenance analysis report every two months
• Act as dept representative and follow up on topics that drive by HQ SDP ie. CSR

COMPETENCIES

• 7 years of experience in retail maintenance management
• Have knowledge of construction works and technical details
• Able to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to follow directions and take initiative when required
• Excellent communication, accounting and organizational skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is essential
• Willing to travel extensively
• University degree
