Online sales management
• Achieve Online (JD/FGS/DY/RED) net sales and well-manage relationship with platform to ensure resource.
• Set, manage and monitor TP’s operation strategy (FGS/DY/RED) , plans and execution of all online channels in terms of merchandising, activity planning, customer service and logistic delivery.
• Be respond for the FGS performance of key metrics like GMV, P&L, TTS, Stock Turnover, and coordinate with MKT on evaluating UV, Conversion, AUS, Member , TA profile (Databank/Strategy Center) and New User performance in order to increase brand sales and profit.
• Monitor TP’s daily operation to ensure the brand equity and business target are well addressed.
• Cooperate with CBD team to ensure JD platform monthly GSV & OFFTAKE delivery, monthly set business building block and set price guidance, ensure JD business ROI delivery.
Business Analysis & Reporting
• Analysis of sales, site performance, category insight, campaigns performance.
• Ongoing analysis of key business metrics including classification and key item sales, site traffic, conversion, member growth and consumer behavior, marketing programs.
E-marketing & Operation
• Constantly improve site usability together with marketing team and TP.
• Direct and implement regular FGS event to generate more traffic and sales.
• Responsible for keeping track and updating monthly marketing calendars, sending correspondence with updates to TP or internal team.
• Create reports to analyze marketing results.
• Track and analyze competition in key platform.
• Develop eCRM communications plans for site performance growth, retention & conversion.
