职位描述
Customer Quality Engineers is responsible for ensuring that the products and services produced by company meet or exceed customer expectations and that all Customer’s complaints or questions regarding product quality and answered promptly and professionally.
1、Develop and maintain good working relationship with customer’s QM personnel and other departments
2、Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying ways to improve the customer experience
3、Develop, supervise and improve the quality management system
4、Implement quality controlling projects and participate the continuous improvement process of customer side
5、Deal with quality problems of customer side, define and follow-up/implement corrective actions and preventive actions
6、Gather data and conduct the field quality analysis and problem-solving process for customer quality problems
7、Supporting customer care processes (e.g.: complaint management)
8、Together with HQ and other departments, drive quality improvements to meet all customer expectations regarding products shipped, quality of corrective action reports, and cycle time of customer requests.
9、Organize regular quality meeting and prepare analysis of quality data, quality reporting&KPIs.
10、Coordination of the change management process related to customer’s products
11、Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
任职条件
1、Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历
2、The majors preference:Mechanical/Electrical engineering
3、 Mechanical/electrical technical background
4、Analytical skills and structured problem solving
5、 Quality tools (PDCA, 8D, 5Why, ISO standards)
6、 MS office skill (Excel, Word, PPT, Access, Power BI)
7、SAP or other ERP class system
8、Project management skill
9、Fluent written and spoken English is a must!!!
