                                Role Purpose / Description
• Work in Conversational Banking and Omni Channel in Contact Centre Area.
• Adopt AWS/GCP cloud solution for API design and database setup according to established standards and best practices
• Analyze business needs and provide IT solutions to meet business requirements and security standards.
• Design and develop IT solutions according to established standards and best practices.
• Arrange and conduct testing to ensure the quality of deliverables
• Provide system support of business applications and resolve problems that may occur during business hours and non-business hours
• Provide on-going support and maintenance on existing IT solutions
• Adopt Agile / DevOps methodology for fast delivery in daily work
• Maintain a good working relationship with business users in Hong Kong
• Work closely with HSBC business, Group IT parties (UK, India etc.) and Vendor to meet business objectives
• Project Planing:Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, communication, risk, release management
Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications
• University graduate with degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline
• Possess at least than 7 years’ IT experience in software design, development and testing in web & API development framework (J2EE, ReactJS, Node.js, Spring Boot, RESTful API, AWS Cloud).
• Experience in support Contact Center system, GENESYS, IVR, CCaaS
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills
• PMP / Scrum / Agile / Cloud certification is a plus
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Experience in production support is an advantage
• Experience with vendor management is an advantage (need to manage global vendors)
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
