What are we looking for?
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in food science or related subjects.
2. Being familiar with CNAS,ISO/IEC 17025 and certificated as an auditor are highly preferred.
3. The incumbent must be a dependable, conscientious and careful person, capable enough to work under high pressure and self-motivated, good communication and teamwork.
4. Proficiency in both written and oral English.
What will be your key responsibilities?
1.Establish, maintain, and operate the laboratory quality management system in accordance with laws, regulations, CNAS,ISO/IEC 17025,and the requirements of MARS LQS. Organize internal and external audit in lab.
2.Plan inbound material verification test in accordance with laws, regulations and Mars standards.
3.Drive continuous improvement for lab quality management system and operation with digital tools.
4.Interpret, deploy and operate sensory standards in site, organize sensory panel, complete statistical analysis and prepare reports, build capability for sensory panelist, provide expertise at sensory and evaluation, develop sensory evaluation testing methods if needed.
