Consumer understanding:
•Provide strategic insight for innovation by understanding trends, consumer unmet needs, competitor dynamics and customer shopper insight.
Innovation:
•Be responsible for 2-3-year portfolio plan in line with brand strategy
•Develop winning product concepts
•Unlock new package opty, format opty, sensory opty
•Innovation P&L owner to help brand GM& uplifting
•Collaborate with x-functional team and sales team during design stage
1.Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
2.Strong track record in leveraging consumer insights to develop and launch new
product innovations
3.Demonstrated success in developing successful local for local product innovation
4.Consumer insights and strategy background preferred
5.Strong cross functional leadership and collaboration skills to work with Global, Region,
Local and MU teams
6.Good nutrition category knowledge preferred
7.Literacy in both spoken & written English
