Are you a good match?

You have hold a Bachelor Degree or above with minimum 5 years’ working experience in luxury/retail industry. You have strong communication skills-very close contact with Boutique teams. You are hands on, goal-oriented, highly self-motivated, analytical, with sharp attention-to-details. You are strong focus on execution & rigorous implementation. You are advanced in MS office software, especially Excel and PPT. You have good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. 

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to Retail Operation Manager. You will provide day-to-day operational supports for Boutiques & Area Management, and will partner with cross-function teams in ensuring operation excellence and play a critical role in efficient communication between office and Boutique. In this function you will:

Retail operation Standards and SOP

• Drive and support the Area Boutique teams to ensure day-to-day operation is in line with the Maison guidelines
• Ensure all Maison announcements are updated and well-communicated to the Boutique teams
• Support the Area Boutique teams on action planning post Compliance check & Follow-up
• Implement regular Boutique visit to check the Boutique execution and collect feedback
• Be the contact window between Group Finance/ICS/Security team and Boutique teams
• Ensure all communication on Eportal is updated and drive the Boutique teams to maximize the usage of Eportal
• Support the Boutique on the PLV orders and management

Area Support

• Look deep into area business through actively attend area monthly meeting. Share OP key focus and information during monthly meeting
• Improve BTQ operation accuracy through review and random check. Support BTQ to improve compliance review score
• Monthly on-site review and support in BTQs
• Organize quarterly OP meeting with Area Manager
• Support for Area commission report, deposit & order management review, BTQ document chop review, etc

Others

• BTQ event onsite support
• Quarterly meeting organize support with whole team
• Other paper work
