-The Service Technician will be assigned to Trumpf 3D Laser Cutting machines service group at TCNL and carry out service activities in Chongqing / Chengdu / South - West region.

-The main requirements are the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of TRUMPF 3D laser systems.

-The main goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction and machine availability in the region.

1、Carry out 3D machine installations, maintenance and troubleshooting at TRUMPF 3D machines

2、Lead projects such as relocations or installations, gives instructions and technical assistance to customers and external service supplier

3、Cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal cross functions to support customers on complaints/technical know-how or etc. to resolve whatever issues to ensure customers’ high sanctification.

4、Provide company the updated market information such as market trends, potential customer business status/preference and competitors updates and etc. for company’s long term business strategy reference.

5、Improve professional skills to know better and match demand of customers for business cooperation.

6、 Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

1、College degree or below

2、The majors preference: CNC Machine Service, Laser technology, Optics or related majors

3、Min 3-5 years of experience as a service or maintenance engineer in industrial environment and related 

4、Familiar with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and CNC control fundamentals, able to use schematics and other technical documents for tools/instruments

5、Knowledge on CNC machines / Laser products and the application in the field of automotive manufacturing

6、Strong communication, negotiation and Persuasiveness skills

7、English is capable in daily working environment including listening, speaking, reading and writing

8、Be adapted to frequent business travel with irregular base is a must

9、Rich good network to customer in the automotive industry
