1.Provides specialist support and guidance to the administration and processing of payrolls for a specific department or function;
2.Provides guidance and direction to the department or function in matters dealing with payroll administration, processing requirements, reporting and payroll tax requirements, and other accounting requirements;
3.Maintains and communicates the policies and procedures for payroll administration and processing;
4.Provides direction to department or function in accordance with policy and guidelines established;
5.Serves as source for the department or function by researching and responding to payroll related questions and problems;
6.Completes required payroll and payroll tax reports and ensures compliance with established policy, procedures, and requirements;
7.Develops and maintains comprehensive knowledge of payroll requirements, practices, and procedures for the department or function, and insures the documentation of these requirements;
8.Consults regularly with managers and supervisors to resolve payroll issues in their area of responsibility.;
9.Researches discrepancies in payrolls, and takes or directs proper corrective action to achieve the timely and accurate payroll delivery results.
1.2 year working experience in payroll;
2.Bachelor degree required;
3.Good English and Mandarin;
4.MNC working experience preferred;
5.Project experience preferred.
