Assist the CRM team in executing digital customer relationship management projects, supporting customer lifecycle management through data cleansing, analysis, and system operations to enhance sales conversion and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Data System Maintenance
Handle million-level data processing in Excel, including:
VLOOKUP cross-table matching (multi-criteria).
Pivot table analysis (dynamic data sources + calculated fields).
Advanced filtering/conditional formatting automation.
Maintain WeChat Mini Program backend data dashboards and generate standardized reports.
Project Operations Support
Track member registration funnel data, analyze conversion rates at each stage, and propose optimization strategies.
Participate in customer lifecycle management:
Data tracking and effectiveness analysis for new customer acquisition campaigns.
System Tool Application
Support in CRM digital tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud), completing:
• Data template configuration for automated marketing workflows.
• Maintenance of customer segmentation tagging systems.
• ROI data statistics for marketing campaigns.
Requirements
Technical Skills
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions:
• Mastery of VLOOKUP (must provide multi-criteria matching case studies).
• Expertise in pivot tables with dynamic data sources and calculated fields.
• Basic understanding of Power Query for data cleansing.
High numerical sensitivity:
• Ability to quickly identify data anomalies .
• Skilled in pivot tables (e.g., customer repurchase cycle analysis).
• System operation capabilities:
o Quick learner for CRM backend system operations.
Preferred Qualifications
• Academic background in Statistics or Marketing.
• Participation in data cleansing-related coursework/projects.
Soft Skills
• Detail-oriented: Capable of processing million-level data with zero errors for 3+ consecutive hours.
• Result-driven: Weekly delivery of standardized data briefings.
