                                -Lead workforce and cost visibility across the AME CDAO, managing headcount planning, vendor engagement, and operational performance tracking.
-Establish and maintain operational cadence—including business reviews, planning cycles, and governance reporting—to ensure organizational discipline and transparency.
-Ensure financial transparency and accuracy by overseeing Tech charges and cost allocation processes that reflect CDAO’s true operational benefit.
-Translate financial data into decision-ready insights through dashboards and variance analysis, supporting strategic resource allocation and cost optimization.
-Champion digital enablement of CDAO operations by automating reporting, billing, and performance management processes using AI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau).
-Embed a data-driven culture within day-to-day operations, promoting automation and analytics as core elements of operational decision-making.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
-7+ years of experience in business operations, financial governance, or data-driven management, preferably in regional or technology-oriented environments.
-Proficiency in data visualization and automation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, or Excel.
-Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across Finance, IT, and delivery functions.
-Proven ability to lead small teams and operate effectively across multiple countries within the AME region.Champion continuous improvement in portfolio delivery and reporting processes
