                                -Manage recharge validation and billing records, ensuring Tech charges data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with DAO’s cost recovery framework.
-Support budget monitoring and financial analysis by consolidating data, identifying variances, and producing summaries for management review.
-Maintain workforce and capacity data, including headcount, vendor utilization, and performance metrics across AME.
-Coordinate planning and reporting cadence, ensuring operational dashboards, KPIs, and management packs are consistently updated.
-Support the automation of recurring reports and dashboards, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
-Contribute to the data preparation and transformation required for financial and performance reporting pipelines.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.
-5+ years of experience in business operations, financial coordination, or data reporting within large or cross-regional environments.
-Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
familiarity with Tableau, Alteryx, or Python preferred.
-Strong organization, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with a high attention to accuracy and timelines.
-Ability to work collaboratively across time zones and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
