What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role, preferably within IT or SAP-related projects.
- Familiar with SAP program environments or ERP transformation projects.
- Good understanding of project governance, risk management, and reporting practices.
- Experience in multi-vendor or matrixed project environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Mandarin.
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
What will be your key responsibilities?

Maintain and manage the integrated project plan, tracking milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and critical paths
•
Support risk, issue, and change management processes, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
•
Consolidate and prepare project status reports, steering committee materials, and key program communications.
•
Coordinate project governance routines, including planning and running program meetings, steering committees, and checkpoints.
•
Track resource allocations, financials, and vendor deliverables in coordination with project managers and workstream leads.
•
Support quality assurance and audit readiness across project phases and deliverables.
•
Assist in maintaining documentation standards, templates, and compliance across the program.
•
Facilitate alignment between global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the China deployment.
•
Coordinate SAP technical deployment activities across environments (e.g., DEV, QAS, PRD), ensuring alignment with project timelines.
•
Support cutover planning, including tracking of technical readiness, mock runs, and go-live execution.
•
Monitor transport movement processes and ensure proper governance over SAP system changes and releases.
•
Collaborate with SAP Basis and integration teams to ensure infrastructure and interface readiness checkpoints are met.
•
Track SAP data migration progress and technical validation activities, ensuring alignment with the overall deployment plan
