1. Education & Professional Qualification
•Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Management or equivalent
•ITIL Certification or demonstrated thorough understanding of ITIL
•Formal industry qualification or relevant proven experiences in the area of specialty
2. Knowledge/Experience
Experience:
•5 years of project management experience (People or Technical leadership, project management)
•Experience of PMO
•Have worked in a global and multi-cultural environment
•Knowledge of Data Analytics, use Business Intelligence tools
•Knowledge of Agile mind-set
Skills Required:
•Analytical Skills: Work with large amounts of data, facts, figures. See through the data and analyze it to find conclusions. Strong cognitive abilities.
•Critical Thinking: Look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings. Vigilant in the analysis to come to correct conclusions.
•Communication Skills: Ability to produce appealing communication to executives and customers. High proficiency on English.
What will be your key responsibilities?
•Project Governance & Oversight
•Establish and enforce PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices for IT infrastructure projects.
•Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and scope while maintaining quality.
•Monitor project health through KPIs, dashboards, and regular reviews
•Portfolio Management
•Maintain a centralized view of all IT infrastructure projects, including status, risks, and dependencies.
•Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and strategic goals.
•Facilitate resource allocation and capacity planning across projects.
•Reporting & Communication
•Prepare executive-level reports on project progress, risks, and financials.
•Conduct stakeholder meetings to align expectations and resolve conflicts.
•Ensure transparency through standardized documentation and status updates.
•Risk & Issue Management
•Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
•Escalate critical blockers to leadership with recommended solutions.
•Maintain a lessons-learned repository for continuous improvement.
